Cancellation policy

In order to book a appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. To keep your deposit, any rescheduling or canceling of appointments require a minimum notice of 48 hours . This policy is in place to ensure that we can efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Standard Appointments: • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment without giving 48 hours notice you will forfeit your 50% deposit and be required to pay a new deposit to re-book an appointment. • If you arrive late for your appointment, your treament may be cut down to accommodate the remaining time availiable. • If you are exessivley late and we do not have enough time to provide the service you have booked your appointment will be refused and 50% deposit will be lost. Gift Vouchers and Prepaid Appointments: • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, there will be no charge, and your voucher or prepaid appointment will remain valid. • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment without 48 hours notice a charge of 50% of the appointment cost will be required to reinstate your appointment or voucher. • If you arrive late for your appointment, your treament may be cut down to accommodate the remaining time availiable. • If you are exessivley late and we do not have enough time to provide the service you have booked your appointment will be refused and 50% of your appointment fee will be require to re-instate your gift voucher or pre-paid appointment
