My primary payment method is bank transfer; however, I also accept cash. Please note that exact payment is required for cash transactions, as I am unable to provide change.

Cancellations within 48hrs result in a 50% charge Cancellations within 24hrs are charged at 100% Your deposit payment will be used towards your cancellation fee and all future bookings will need a new deposit payment.

When arriving to your appointment, please park outside on the driveway and text to let me know you have arrived. When I have seen your message I will invite you in. Clients will be required to climb a set of stairs so please consider this when booking your appointment. Please do not bring any plus ones to your appointment. I have a small salon space and struggle to accommodate of plus ones. I work hard to create a welcoming and zen environment for my clients and would be so disheartened for this feeling to be compromised due to cramped space.

Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price
