By proceeding with a booking, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the appointment date; this fee is separate from and does not contribute toward the final treatment balance. For services provided outside of the studio, a travel fee will be charged at a rate of £0.59 per mile, calculated as a round trip from the studio to the specified location and return. The artist reserves the right to capture photographic and video content during appointments for use in portfolio and social media; clients who do not consent must notify the artist in writing prior to the appointment date. Any amendments to the booking, including changes to schedule, timing, or location, must be communicated no less than fourteen (14) days in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the inability to accommodate changes.
