N D Holistics & Bridal Tanning Studio
At N D Holistics, we want every client to feel comfortable, cared for and confident in their experience with us. Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both our clients and our studio.
Appointments
Appointments are available by booking online or through direct contact with N D Holistics. Please ensure you select the correct treatment and allow enough time for your appointment.
We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointment. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time to ensure we can maintain our schedule for all clients. Your full appointment fee will still apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of your treatment, depending on the service selected.
We accept the payment methods available through our booking system and studio facilities.
Prices are subject to change; however, any appointments already booked will be honoured at the confirmed price.
Health & Consultation
Your wellbeing and safety are our priority.
Before your treatment, you may be required to complete a consultation form. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, medications or changes to your health.
Some treatments may not be suitable in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to adapt or decline a treatment where we believe it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
Massage Treatments
Massage treatments are designed to support relaxation, wellbeing and muscular comfort. They are not a replacement for medical advice or treatment.
Please inform your therapist of any areas of concern, discomfort or preferences before your treatment begins.
Spray Tanning
For the best results from your spray tan, clients should follow the preparation and aftercare guidance provided.
Results can vary depending on skin type, skincare routine, preparation and aftercare. N D Holistics cannot guarantee the longevity of a tan where aftercare advice has not been followed.
Clients should disclose any relevant skin sensitivities or allergies prior to treatment.
Bridal & Special Occasion Bookings
For bridal and special occasion tanning, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred appointment time.
A consultation or trial appointment may be recommended to ensure your desired result is achieved.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings whilst visiting the studio. N D Holistics accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal items.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled responsibly and in accordance with UK data protection requirements. Information collected during consultations is used only to provide safe and appropriate treatments.
Professional Environment
N D Holistics is committed to providing a calm, respectful and welcoming environment for every client.
We ask that all clients treat our studio, therapist and other visitors with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to refuse treatment or future bookings where inappropriate behaviour occurs.
