Patch tests are always recommended when booking your treatment. These are free and will need to be completed 48 hours before your booking. As your technician I am not responsible for any reactions that may occur when failing to booking a patch test prior to treatment. I have a 48 hour cancellation policy, failing to notify me of any cancellations within this time frame will result in you losing your deposit. As a technician I have the right to refuse service based on unacceptable behaviour or reoccurring lateness/cancellations that affect how my business runs. I understand lateness can occur within reason, therefore if your arrival time will not be beneficial to your full treatment, your desposit is able to be carried over within a two week period as we re-book your treatment. Failure to attend within this period will result in loss of deposit. Aftercare instructions will be provided after your service, please reach out to your practitioner if unsure on aftercare information. Your technician is not responsible for failure to abide by the correct aftercare post service. Lash infills require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining, any less will require a full set of extensions and your appointment will need to be amended. Please reach out to me for advice on what the correct treatment is to book based on your nail or lash condition prior to infill appointment.
