However, to ensure that I can accommodate all my clients and keep The schedule running smoothly, I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. This ensures that time is valued and that I can continue to provide high-quality service to all my clients. I encourage you to contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

To keep your extensions looking their best and your natural hair healthy, regular refits are essential. Please take note of the following policy:
Refit Schedule: Refits are recommended every 6–8 weeks. Waiting longer may cause matting, tangling, or damage to your natural hair. Refits after 8 weeks will be at an additional charge of £10 per week
4-Week Rule: I do not offer “repair” or “top-up” appointments after 4 weeks of a fitting or refit. Any appointments booked after this time will require a fee to cover time and materials. If 6 weeks or more a full refit will be required.
Condition Check: Extensions must be maintained properly at home (brushing, washing, drying) to be eligible for a refit. If the hair is excessively tangled or matted, additional charges will apply or a refit may not be possible at your planned appointment time and may result in additional appointments.
Clean Hair Policy: Please arrive with clean, product-free hair for your refit appointment. This ensures the best results and a secure application.
Late / Missed Appointments: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations, reschedules, changes or no-shows outside of this window will result in a fee.
Lifespan of Extensions: With proper care and timely refits, your extensions can be reused for multiple applications, depending on hair quality and maintenance. The quality of the hair is the responsibility of the manufacturer not me and manufacturer guidelines must be followed.
