Due to limited space in my home studio, clients are kindly asked to attend appointments alone. If you wish to bring a guest, please contact me in advance.

Please ensure you have booked the correct treatment, as I may not have enough time to accommodate changes on the day. If you're unsure which service to select, feel free to message me beforehand.

Please let me know if you’re running late. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled and the full treatment cost will be charged. This ensures I stay on time for all clients.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be treated as a no-show, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
