Policies

For new and existing clients a £10 deposit will be required to secure your booking. If payment hasn’t been received within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will be released.

All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of the treatment. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date free of charge, should at least 24 hours notice be given prior to your original appointment.

I do not soak off or work on top of other nail techs work.

Please arrive to your appointment with a face fresh or clean nails.
