Terms of service

At Nailed it! Every appointment is significant and reserved just for you. We value your time. But we also comprehend that unexpected events can occur. Kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling, Kindly note that missed or cancelled appointments without providing 48 hours notice results in Nailed it ! Loosing the chance to fill that slot promptly. Clients may miss out on being able to book. Such situations can negatively impact a small business like mine. When making a booking a non refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment cost is necessary to confirm reservations. This fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the appointment day. For clients who miss appointments, 100% of payment of their treatment cost will be required to secure future bookings. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or failure to attend will lead to forfeiting the initial booking fee. Special circumstances can be considered at the discretion of the service provider and will be addressed during the cancelation procedure. If a missed appointment extends beyond 24 hours and no communication between Nailed it! And the client, no refund will be provided regardless of the situation. If you are unhappy with your service please let me know at the time of your appointment no refunds, exchanges repairs will be granted if within the stated time period thanks Any refunds will be issued through 1. bank transfer and may take a few days to process 2.Rebooking an appointment of equal value to the refund amount.
