Punctuality & Courtesy

Please note that I hold a strict punctuality policy, all allocated appointments must begin and end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you do not attend or are more than 15 minutes late, a charge of £10 will be applied. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the studio, as I will need to carry out a full consultation.

Cancellations

Please note we hold a strict 48 hours cancellation policy. If this is not adhered to you may incur a charge of the total treatment price. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 07519 180703.

Purchase of Retail Products

All retail products must be paid for in full at the time of purchasing or ordering. Prepaid courses of treatments must be used within 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Aftercare

Advice will be given to you regarding aftercare for your nails, and this is important to follow. If you experience issues with your nails and you're not following the correct aftercare, we are not liable. Fixes after 1 week of your nails being done will not be offered.

Loyalty Reward Card

Loyalty cards cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your royalty card must not be transferred to a third party. Your loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Loyalty cards remain the property of the salon. I reserve the right to, without notice, 1 - terminate the scheme, 2 - decline to issue loyalty cards, 3 - withdraw or cancel the loyalty card, 4 - alter or amend the terms & conditions of the loyalty reward card.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only, Tuesday to Saturday. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking, and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and 'failure to show' terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
