All appointments must be booked online via my booking system.
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the price of your treatment is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill.
Please pay the 50% deposit within 48 hours of booking your appointment. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, the appointment will be released to the public and will not be secured.
You must be aged 18+ to book any nail service. Certain treatments require age 18+.
Please ensure you book the correct service - If you’re unsure, feel free to message me before booking.
Please be aware that if you arrive with product on your nails and haven't booked an infill or removal, I may not be able to complete your treatment due to timings (so please book a removal).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment via my booking system
Your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your 50% deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours’ will be charged the full appointment fee. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
A missed appointment either by no-show or lateness equals being blacklisted, and you will not be permitted to receive treatments from me going forward.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A £5 charge will incur for every 5 minutes you are late, resulting in a £15 cancellation fee after 30 mins. This will be added onto your final bill and must be paid before re-booking.
If you’re more than 30 minutes late, I will not be able to complete your service and your appointment will be treated as a no-show.
Nail Art & Custom Designs
Please send your inspiration pictures in advanced of your appointment. If this is not honoured, I may not have time to complete the design you're hoping for, resulting in disappointment
Nail art is an additional extra to your standard manicure appointment. Please see my price list for nail art tiers & pricing information.
Nail art pricing is based off of complexity, time, and products used to create the desired look.
Health & Safety
If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule - I promise I won’t be mad! I work in close contact to you and your hands, and keeping the space safe is important for my other clients and for me.
I cannot work on infected or damaged nails. If you’re unsure, please contact me before your appointment.
If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert me immediately.
Please remember I am not a GP, and any advice regarding the health of your nails will not go beyond my scope of expertise.
Refunds & Fixes
I do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you experience an issue with your nails within 7 days after your treatment (e.g lifting, chipping), please get in touch - I’ll always do my best to make it right for you, and I’ll offer a fix-appointment where appropriate.
Aftercare is your responsibility after you have left the studio, and any issues you have due to aftercare not being followed will not be reimbursed - please follow the aftercare advice provided.
Studio Etiquette
Please come alone to your appointment unless previously agreed. My studio is a quiet space - no extra guests or children, unless pre-arranged with me in advanced.
Please don’t bring any food or drink with you (water bottle is fine) - I have lots of teas, coffees and soft drinks available to you free of charge.
Please put your phone on silent - you’re welcome to scroll, but this is also your time to relax and be pampered!
I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Accessibility & Allergies
Let me know if you have any accessibility needs before your appointment - I want everyone to feel welcome. Please be aware The Corner Studio in Manchester city centre is located up two flights of stairs.
My Hazel Grove studio is a pet-free space (unless pre-arranged). When visiting me at The Corner, please be aware there will most likely be a dog present during your appointment. Get in touch if you'd like to bring your furry friend to your appointment.
Please let me know in advanced of your appointment of any allergies or sensitivities so I can accommodate you.
A Note On Respect
I run a trauma-informed, inclusive space. Disrespectful or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Please respect your appointment time as a mutual commitment - I pour a lot of care into my work and clients, and it is important to me to treat people with the same respect I would wish to be treated with. Please also treat me and my space in the same way.
Rudeness will not be tolerated, and anyone who is rude to me about my services or my craft will be blacklisted and unable to book in the future.
