-An un refundable £10 deposit will be required when booking to secure your appointment. -15 minute grace period after that the appointment will be cancelled since it's unfair on other clients. -If you need to reschedule your appointment please let me know 48hours before your appointment. Anything later will require a new deposit. -I do not work over other nail techs work. Please let me know if soak off is needed. -Please let me know if you're unhappy with anything during the service as refunds won't be given.
