I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit will be transferable to a new appointment date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Please note: I require a £50 non-refundable deposit for all treatments. This deposit is transferable with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
