All bookings can be made via our booking site or through social media platforms. Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods for services booked through our booking system and in-store: * Credit and Debit cards * Cash payments (in-store only) * Bank transfer Remaining payment for services must be made at the time of your appointment. Deposits are required in advance. Pricing All prices for our services are listed on our booking site and may vary depending on the specific treatment requested. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time and you will be informed of any changes prior to your appointment. Deposits For certain services or group bookings, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments of the Cancellation Policy is followed. Refund Policy We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all services rendered. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will gladly offer to fix or amend the treatment free of charge. Please note that after the 24-hour window, any adjustments or corrections may be subject to additional charges. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a forfeiture of deposit. Deposits can be moved to another appointment if notice is given. No show or cancellations within 48 hours of appointment will mean a loss of deposit and the remains balance paid in full before any future bookings can be made. Client Responsibility For your safety and to ensure the best results, it is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, skin conditions, infections, or any medical history that could affect the outcome of your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe there is a health risk to you, our staff, or other clients. Salon Hygiene At NTL, we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized between clients, and disposable tools are used where necessary. We also follow all local health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Children in the Salon For the safety of all clients and due to the presence of chemicals and equipment, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service themselves. This policy is in place to ensure a calm and hazard-free environment for all clients and staff. COVID-19 or Contagious Illnesses If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date. This is to protect the health of our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if you appear unwell at the time of your appointment. Liability We are not liable for any reactions to products or services if the client has not disclosed health information. Our website may contain links to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for their content. Privacy Policy We collect personal information for appointment bookings and communication purposes. Your information is securely stored and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
