NTA Beauty Studio is a private home-based studio specialising in Post-Operative Recovery Care, Body Contouring and Lymphatic treatments. Please review the following terms before booking.
Consultations
New Body Contouring clients who would like an assessment before committing to a full treatment or programme can book our Sculpt & Consult, which includes a 15-minute consultation followed by a 30-minute introductory treatment.
We do not currently offer standalone face-to-face consultations. Telephone enquiries are available where you would like to discuss your options before booking.
New Post-Op clients must book the Post-Op Assessment & First Recovery Session before beginning an ongoing recovery programme.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your remaining balance is due on the day of treatment before your session begins.
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or card/payment link.
Deposits are non-refundable where a client cancels or changes their appointment outside the terms below. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited and a new deposit being required to book again.
Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After this, a new booking and deposit may be required.
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation to avoid affecting the next client. The full appointment charge may still apply.
Failure to attend without notice will result in the booking payment/deposit being forfeited. Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full when making future bookings.
Programme validity:
6 sessions — 8 weeks 8 sessions — 10 weeks 10 sessions — 12 weeks
Sessions should be booked and completed within the programme period to maintain treatment consistency.
Programmes are for the named client only and cannot be transferred. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be counted as used sessions in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Treatment programmes are non-refundable once commenced, except where required by law. If circumstances arise that prevent treatment from safely continuing, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed individually.
Results and treatment responses vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Photography or video may be taken with consent for treatment documentation or promotional purposes.
Standard-paying clients may decline promotional photography or filming.
Model treatments and offers advertised on the condition of content creation require photography/filming as part of the agreed model terms. Please book a standard treatment if you require complete privacy.
Promotional prices are valid only within their advertised dates and are subject to availability. If an appointment cannot be moved within the promotional period, the standard treatment price may apply to a later booking.
Model and promotional offers may have separate booking conditions, which will be stated when advertised.
Please disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy/postpartum status, recent surgery or procedures, and any changes to your health before treatment.
NTA Beauty Studio reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline treatment where it is not considered appropriate or where further medical clearance is required.
By booking with NTA Beauty Studio, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable booking terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Early-stage Post-Op clients may be accepted from day 7 with closed incisions, subject to assessment, suitability and the guidance of their surgeon or medical team.
Recovery varies between individuals. Treatment frequency, techniques and progression are determined following assessment and may change throughout your recovery.
NTA Post-Op Recovery Care does not replace medical or surgical aftercare. Where appropriate, treatment may be postponed and medical clearance requested.
Post-Op Recovery Programmes
10-session Post-Op Recovery Programmes are valid for 16 weeks from the first treatment. Treatment frequency is individually recommended and may change as recovery progresses.
Where treatment must be medically postponed or NTA advises that treatment should temporarily stop, the programme validity may be reviewed and reasonably extended on an individual basis.
