Booking Policy
At NTA Beauty, we believe in providing a seamless and personalised experience for every client. To ensure this, all consultations are included with your first session. This policy allows you to experience the treatment firsthand while we discuss your goals and tailor a plan that works best for you.
Why is a session required with a consultation? This approach helps you:
• Get a feel for the treatment before committing to further sessions.
• Maximise your time with a consultation and treatment in one appointment.
• Receive a personalised experience designed to achieve the best results.Due to the demands on our schedule, we are unable to offer standalone face-to-face consultations.
If consultations were offered separately, they would need to be charged to account for the time taken away from clinic appointments.
We do offer telephone consultations for clients who would like to discuss their options before booking a session.

Deposit Policy • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Please ensure you are confident before booking, as deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances. • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and must be paid in full before the service begins.
Payment Methods • Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, or secure payment link. • We currently accept all card payments.
Cancellation Policy • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. • Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • To rebook, a new deposit will be required.
Rescheduling Policy • Clients may reschedule up to two times. After two reschedules, the deposit is forfeited, and a new appointment and deposit will be required.
Late Arrivals • Arriving late by more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or a shortened treatment. The deposit will not be refunded.
No-Shows • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in deposit forfeiture. • Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings, which will also be non-refundable in case of another no-show.
Limited-Time Promotions • Promotional offers are valid only during the specified time period. • If a client is unable to attend during the promotional timeframe, the discounted price will no longer apply. The appointment must be rebooked at the standard rate.
Filming and Photography • Photos or videos may be taken during treatments for promotional purposes, including use on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. • If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform us before booking. • Promotional offers and model treatments require mandatory filming or photography. If privacy is a priority, we recommend booking standard treatments.
These policies are in place to ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients. By booking, you agree to these terms.
All promotions and limited-time offers are time-sensitive and subject to availability during the promotional period.
Once the promotional period ends, the offer will no longer be valid, and treatments will revert to their original price.
If a client is unable to attend their appointment during the promotional period for any reason, and a reschedule cannot be accommodated within the offer timeframe, the client will need to book a new appointment at the standard price.
These policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients. We kindly ask that clients review our terms carefully before booking.
Package Validity & Booking Policy
To ensure fairness, availability, and optimal results for all clients, all treatment packages are subject to strict validity periods.
• 6-session packages are valid for 8 weeks
• 8-session packages are valid for 10 weeks
• 10-session packages are valid for 12 weeks
All sessions must be booked and completed within the allocated validity period. Any unused or uncompleted sessions will automatically expire once the validity period ends. Sessions cannot be paused, extended, accumulated, transferred, or carried over under any circumstances.
Failure to complete sessions within the validity window will result in loss of funds, and a new package will be required to continue treatment. Please only purchase a package if you are able to commit to the recommended treatment schedule.
All packages are non-refundable. Once a package has been purchased, the full amount is final and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into monetary value. Treatments within a package must be used within the stated timeframe; unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, sufficient notice must be provided to reschedule. Missed appointments without prior notice will be marked as completed.
We are happy to accommodate remaining sessions when availability allows and when we are in your area. This does not apply to limited offers or model promotions. Clients will be notified of available dates where possible to support timely use of sessions.
If a treatment is cancelled by us and we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, deposits may be refundable at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Limited-Time Offers
Promotional packages and limited-time offers are strictly valid within the advertised period. Once the promotional period has ended, extensions cannot be granted and treatments must be purchased at the standard price.
2026 Availability Notice
Due to restructuring and teaching commitments, treatment availability in 2026 will be limited. Early booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.
