Nu Way Holistic Health and Beauty By booking an appointment with Nu Way Holistic Health and Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. Deposits & Payments A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment or service on the day of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment (a “no-show”), your deposit will be forfeited in full. This policy applies equally to all services and treatments. 3. Arrival & Punctuality Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, or in some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. The deposit remains non-refundable in these cases. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, medical conditions, disorders, medications, and any contagious diseases or conditions that may be relevant to their treatment or could interact with treatments. Clients must follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by Nu Way Holistic Health and Beauty. Respectful behaviour is required at all times. We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful conduct. 5. Health & Safety Our practitioners will take all reasonable precautions during treatments; however, Nu Way Holistic Health and Beauty accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions, side effects, or damages that may occur as a result of treatments, provided all reasonable care has been taken. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant health and medical information before treatment begins. Failure to do so may increase risks and release Nu Way Holistic Health and Beauty from liability. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should seek medical clearance prior to undergoing treatments. Clients presenting with contagious conditions may be refused treatment for health and safety reasons. 6. Cleanliness & Hygiene Nu Way Holistic Health and Beauty upholds the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism. Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene standards when attending appointments. 7. Liability Nu Way Holistic Health and Beauty and its practitioners shall not be held liable for: Any loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises, except where directly caused by proven negligence. Any personal belongings brought onto the premises. Clients are responsible for their own property. 8. Changes to Terms Nu Way Holistic Health and Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website, social media, or at the time of booking.
