Terms and Conditions

Hey girlies! Can’t wait for you to book with us. Here are some terms and conditions that we hope you’ll agree with.

Please book at the earliest booking time available if you are the first client! If any other time is picked, it will be moved to the earliest time.

In order to secure your appointment, you are required to pay a deposit of £10 (no deposit = no appointment). The remaining is to be paid on the day of the appointment via cash or contactless payment.

If you are running late to your appointment, out of courtesy please let us know by email or Instagram direct message with your full name and appointment date. There is a grace period of 15 minutes, however, after this there will be a £10 charge for lateness. If you are later than 25 minutes, your appointment will either be cancelled or rescheduled as accepting you will throw off the day’s schedule. At nuabraids, we completely understand that things may unexpectedly come up and may cause you to miss your appointment. Here we have a 24-hour cancellation policy that allows for a full refund for your appointment. However, any cancellation under 24 hours before your appointment will mean we retain your deposit and you have the chance to book a new appointment.

Rescheduling can happen due to unexpected circumstances. We allow rescheduling to be done up to 12 hours before your appointment, however, rescheduling after 12 hours will mean retaining your deposit and booking a new appointment.

At nuabraids, we offer hair for your appointments, however, we appreciate that there may be specific types of hair that we can’t offer. If this is the case, the hair must be dropped off at least 2-3 days before your appointment for inspection and preparation. If we believe the hair is not up to par, it will not be used on your hair and we will discuss alternatives.

As we do not (yet😉) offer ‘wash + blow dry services’, we do ask that your hair is washed and blowdried for your appointment and free from any oils/products except heat protector. We allow all hair types, except blunt cuts and hair below 2 inches.
