Terms of Service for nue Derma clinic
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by NUE DERMA (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
1. Appointments & Bookings
• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
• Appointments are confirmed once payment is received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable. However, with sufficient notice, they may be transferred to a future appointment.
• Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will result in loss of your deposit and may require full payment for rebooking.
3. Medical Conditions & Client Responsibilities
• You must provide full and accurate information regarding your medical history, medications, and allergies.
• Certain conditions may mean you are not suitable for treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment in such cases.
• If you arrive and are found unsuitable for treatment due to withheld information, your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Age Restrictions
• Treatments are available only to clients 18 years and older. Proof of ID may be required.
5. Risks & Results
• All treatments carry risks and possible side effects, which will be explained during your consultation.
• Results vary from client to client and are not guaranteed.
• Aftercare instructions must be followed to achieve optimal results and minimise risk.
6. Liability
• NUE DERMA will not be held liable for adverse reactions where information has been withheld or aftercare advice not followed.
• We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items brought into the clinic.
7. Payments & Refunds
• Full payment is due at the time of treatment.
• Refunds are not provided for completed treatments, even if results differ from expectations.
• Course/package payments are non-refundable once started.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
• We comply with the UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018.
• Your personal information and medical history will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing safe treatments.
• Records are stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.
9. Complaints Procedure
• Any concerns should be raised with us directly, ideally within 48 hours of treatment.
• We will review your case and aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
