Clients are required to provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
This policy is in place to protect the business from loss of income and to respect time allocated exclusively to each client.
CARD ON FILE & PAYMENT AUTHORISATION
By booking an appointment with NUEORA, the client authorises NUEORA to securely store card details on file.
FAILURE TO RESPOND OR SETTLE OUTSTANDING FEES
If payment is outstanding and the client fails to respond to contact attempts via text, email, or social media:
LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
I have a general grace period of 15 minutes for all appointments, unfortunately anything later than this, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged. On the occasion I have no one in after you or have some extra time in between appointments, I can stretch the grace period to half an hour.
