I'm Danni, a Reiki Therapist and Yoga Teacher based in Brighton & Hove, offering Reiki healing sessions to support relaxation, stress relief and emotional balance. Through one-to-one Reiki, energy healing and yoga, I gently support my clients to release tension, welcome spaciousness, and return to their natural rhythm.

When you arrive, we’ll begin with a short check-in to explore how you’re feeling and answer any questions you might have. You’ll then be invited to lie down and get comfortable on the treatment bed.
Reiki is offered through light, intentional touch, or with hands resting just above the body. The experience is often deeply calming - many people drift into a meditative or sleep-like state as the body begins to soften and unwind.
During your Reiki healing session, you may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of energy moving, though each experience is unique. There’s nothing you need to do - simply rest and receive.
Sessions are tailored to you, supporting the release of tension, regulation of the nervous system, and a return to your natural rhythm.
Afterwards, we’ll take a few moments to gently ground before you continue with your day, often with a greater sense of clarity, calm, and connection.
Q: What is Reiki? A: Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that works with the natural flow of energy in the body. It supports relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance, helping you reconnect with your inner rhythm.
Q: Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work? A: No prior experience or belief is needed. Reiki works with the energy of your body and simply invites a sense of balance, calm, and release.
Q: What should I wear to a session? A: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session. There will be a blanket available to keep you warm and an eye mask to help you relax.
Q: What does a session feel like? A: Experiences can vary. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of flowing energy. Some drift into deep relaxation or a meditative state and will leave with a deep sense of calm.
Q: How long is a session? A: Sessions typically last 55-60 minutes, including time for a brief consultation and receive Reiki.
Q: Who can benefit from Reiki? A: Reiki is suitable for anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, emotional support, or simply a pause from the demands of daily life.

First ever experience doing yoga and can’t speak more highly of the session, the space and Danni’s teaching. As a tattooer I’m constantly being twisted and turned in uncomfortable positions and my upper back is under a lot of strain. Danni confidently talked me through the exercises and positions which I found not only helped with my movement & flexibility, but also my mind. Will 100% be going back for regular sessions and highly recommend to any newcomers!

Yin Yoga is a slow, deep practice that focuses on long-held, floor-based poses that stimulate energy lines. This stillness allows the deeper connective tissues, known as the fascia, to gently unfold, simultaneously releasing any stored emotion.
Yin supports the fascia in maintaining its hydration, adaptability, and resilience, which can help improve joint mobility and overall ease of movement and mind.
In these sessions, I guide you to explore the practice of Yin with awareness and curiosity, supporting you in finding a place of balance - so you can slow down, reconnect and return to yourself.
In keeping with its roots in Taoist Yoga, Zink says that Yin Yoga has a deeper purpose: to "open the heart and invoke the primal self."
