Cancellation PolicyA minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Failure to pay any cancellation may result in restrictions on booking future appointments.
Payment PolicyWe accept payments via bank transfer or cash only. For cash payments, please bring the exact amount, as we are unable to provide change. Thank you for your understanding.
Punctuality PolicyWe understand that delays can occur, which is why we offer a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. However, if you arrive later than this, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment to stay on schedule for other clients.

New Client PolicyIf you‘re visiting us for the first time with another technicians work on your nails, please book a separate removal service before your new treatment.
