• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment (this comes off your final balance) • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in loss of your booking fee • Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation • You must follow all pre-care and aftercare advice provided to achieve the best results • Results will vary per person and cannot be guaranteed • A top-up session is recommended 6–12 weeks after your initial appointment (if included in your chosen package) • Any additional top-ups outside this timeframe will be charged separately • If you have a history of cold sores, it is your responsibility to take antiviral medication as advised by your GP • By booking, you confirm you are over 18 and medically suitable for the treatment
