Give yourself time to slow down, stay present, and listen to your body.
• Drink plenty of water
• Avoid intense workouts for the rest of the day
• Take a warm shower or bath if it feels right
• Rest if your body asks for it
You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, or slightly sore — all of this is part of the process.
This is your body releasing, rebalancing, and coming back to itself.
If you’d like to extend the feeling, take a few quiet minutes before sleep: close your eyes, breathe slowly, and reconnect with your body.
