CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING - As a reminder, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation 24hr notice - 50% fee. Cancellation Day of or No Show - 100% fee, No Shows will be required to pay full amount before booking again
PRICING - All prices are “starting from” and may increase based on nail art complexity or repairs
HEALTH & SAFETY - all clients must inform of any allergy’s, diabetes or skin conditions. When coming in for infills from another technicians work I may refuse and require full removal first for safety/quality reasons. I reserve the right to refuse a service if the area is infected or severely damaged
REPAIRS & GUARANTEES
All repairs must be reported within 3 days provided the damaged wasn’t caused by the client. Anything after this will require payment. I am not responsible for damages caused from improper aftercare
