Consultation Form A consultation form must be completed prior to your treatment. I recommend filling this out in advance to allow more time for your treatment during your appointment. Arrival As I work alone, the cabin door will remain closed until your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early, please wait outside. Deposits A deposit is required to secure your booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less notice is given, your deposit may be forfeited.
