Cancellation and rescheduling
Standard appointments: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is typically required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.
Late cancellations/no-shows: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to show up, will result in a 50% to 100% charge, depending on the specific spa.
Events/packages: Full payment is often required upfront for events, couples treatments, or spa packages.
Late arrivals: Late arrivals will result in less treatment time and you will still be charged the full price for the booked treatment. There is a 15-minute grace period, but the therapist may not be able to extend the appointment.
Payment and booking
Booking fee: A 50% booking fee is often required at the time of booking, which is then deducted from the total balance upon arrival.
Payment methods: Specific spas may have different payment rules, such as accepting Visa Debit or cash for smaller payments.
Gift vouchers: Gift vouchers may be valid for a limited time (e.g., 6 months), are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
