Appointment Timeliness: - If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it will be cancelled. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and respect other clients' time. 2. Payment Policy: - Payment for services is required on the date of your treatment. We accept payments via bank transfer or contactless card payment only. We do not accept cash. 3. Patch Test Requirement: - For certain treatments, a patch test is mandatory. This test must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment. Failure to complete the patch test in the stipulated time will result in the cancellation of your appointment. 4. Consultation Forms: - All clients must complete the required consultation forms at least 48 hours before their treatment. If you encounter any issues accessing these forms, please direct message us on Instagram or Facebook at @oliveglowstudio for assistance. 5. Cancellations Policy: • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require payment of the full service fee, as I’m unable to fill the slot at such short notice. • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless in certain circumstances, such as emergencies, where discretion may be used. 6. Birthday Discount Codes: - Any birthday discount codes provided by Olive Glow Studio must be used within 20 days of receiving the code. By booking an appointment with Olive Glow Studio, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
