I’ve never had a lash lift before and was very nervous but coming to Olma-Brown was an amazing experience. I am queer and neurodiverse and felt extremely safe, and I chatted throughout the appointment. I was comfortable throughout the entire process, was kept informed, and felt supported if I had any queries. I will undoubtedly be going back soon!

I’m not one for make up and I’m wary of dark brows but I feel very plain with no brows at all, had a chat with Jen and she made me feel so at ease and it was like she just knew what I wanted and needed. Iv never been happier and now I have my lashes done too!

For me it’s not just that she’s amazing at what she does it’s her knowledge and the care she’s gives, she won’t do anything that she doesn’t think is right for you and her priority is always the health of your brows/lashes/ nails.Give her a go you will soon see why all of her clients love her.
