I’ve never had a lash lift before and was very nervous but coming to Olma-Brown was an amazing experience. I am queer and neurodiverse and felt extremely safe, and I chatted throughout the appointment. I was comfortable throughout the entire process, was kept informed, and felt supported if I had any queries. I will undoubtedly be going back soon!

I’m not one for make up and I’m wary of dark brows but I feel very plain with no brows at all, had a chat with Jen and she made me feel so at ease and it was like she just knew what I wanted and needed. Iv never been happier and now I have my lashes done too!

After years of wanting Lash extensions and my brows microblading I had a consultation with Jen who discussed every detail, the pros and cons and explained the benefits of a lash lift and brow lamination and Iv never looked back, she’s amazing and I look forward to my monthly visit.
