We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 48 hours - 50% of the total treatment cost. 24 hours or less requires, 100% of the treatment cost. . Patch tests are required for: Lash lift HD Glam brow Lash extensions. Please do not bring children to your appointment. Payment is due on the day of treatment. You have a 48 hour period after lash extensions and nail treatments for us to correct issues. We may refuse if aftercare has not been followed. We do not offer refunds.
