Terms & Conditions

Payments are taken at the end of your appointment, we accept both card and cash. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, not doing so will result in a 50% charge of the treatment you booked. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Patch tests are required for lash lifts, brow laminations and tinting treatments 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

For any waxing treatments, please avoid retinols, acids, exfoliants, and other active skincare products on the area for 5 days before your appointment to prevent skin sensitivity or lifting. (Including retinol, tretinoin, AHA's, BHA's, benzoyl peroxide, strong acne treatments and prescription creams).

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications or skin concerns before your treatment, as some treatments may not be suitable for everyone.

Results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair structure and aftercare followed. Opaline Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse treatments where necessary.
