DEPOSITS Deposits are non refundable only transferable. A 50% deposit is required when booking. Any appointments canceled before 48 hours have the option to transfer their deposit to a new date but it will not be refunded. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours and not rescheduled will be liable to pay 100% of the service fee as it is nearly impossible to fill a space in such short notice. LATENESS I allow a window of 15 minutes for lateness but this will effect your service and you may be asked to pay the full price but receive less art than desired due to time. If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and charged 100% of the service. If you do not show at all with no communication you will be charged 100% and you will be removed from my system and unable to book in future. UNSATISFIED If you are not happy with your nails and how they look unfortunately I will not re do them or remove them etc for free as you have all of the appointment time to speak up and advice your concerns. I encourage people to communicate with me through the appointment to ensure 100% satisfaction at the end. REPAIRS Any breaks or damage within 48 hours and I will offer a free repair , anything after this will be charged a fee of £2 - £5 per nail depending on design. I ask you to look after your nails as they are jewels not tools and miss use can cause multiple breaks that become time consuming during infills to repair. I understand things happen sometimes but if it becomes a habit at every appointment I may request we change length , shape etc so you can get the full amount of wear from your set. IMPORTANT If at any point during your appointment you feel tingling, burning or itching tell me right away and the service will be stopped immediately. This is because a potential allergy may be present and I will not work on you if there is a risk of allergic reactions as these can be quite damaging and painful.
