Booking Appointments: All bookings are subject to a 25% non-refundable booking fee. This is to secure your space and time at OSL Beauty.

Your appointment times may be adjusted slightly by myself shortly after booking if this has initially created a gap in the calendar you will be notified of this.

Please arrive to your appointment alone unless we have discussed otherwise.

Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel The or reschedule their appointment. This allows me enough time to offer the time slot to another client who may be on the waiting list.

Rescheduling: Clients who provide the required 48-hour notice can reschedule their appointment without incurring any fees. To do so please select the “send a message” and input your request and I will amend the booking. Please note you can only reschedule once for the same month this is not transferable to a different month.

Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour notice period, you will be charged a late cancellation fee. The fee will be 50% of the total service cost and will be due at the time of the cancellation.

If you cancel within 24hrs or same the day as your appointment. 100% of the treatment cost will be due at the time of cancellation. No future bookings will be allowed until this is cleared.

No-Show Fee: If a you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee. The fee will be 100% of the total service cost and will be due before any future appointments can be scheduled.
