Terms and conditions Good nails that last take time ❤️ My time is booked out for you to have a comfortable appointment without feeling rushed. Your time is precious, and so is mine; so I have some lateness and cancellation policies in place to protect my business. Bookings can be rearranged or cancelled up to 48 hours before your appointment. Bookings cancelled or rearranged within 48 hours of appointment will have to pay 50% of the original treatment booked in. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will have to pay for the cost of full treatment booked, including no shows.
Change of mind of nail art level - you can amend any art level you chose up to 48 hours before your appointment. You will be charged for the art level you have booked even if you chose a lower level of art on the day of your appointment. Art levels can be increased on the day of the appointment if there is time to do so.
Lateness- I have a grace period of 15 minutes depending on the service booked in. I get it. Things happen! I will always do my best to provide another service within the timeframe left of your appointment. However, the full service price of the original appointment booked will be taken

Please note this price is from £7 please get in contact with me to confirm price or add it on to your appointment if you have all ready booked in. More time may be added on depending on what needs fixed. For example pollygell to fix a chipped section free edge or correct downward growing nails or up to 2 extensions to make nails uniform. This can be added 2 times for up to 4 nails to be fixed. (Please do not hesitate to get in touch)

From £18- can only be booked if you are haveing a gel manicure or structured gel manicure after your removal. Please contact me when booking to confirm price and let me know what product is on your nails. I would always encourage you to have any product removed by the tech who applied it. However, I know that can't always happen. Any additional time needed to remove product over 20 minutes will result in an extra charge (£8 every 10 minutes over allocated removal time) or impact on what service you receive (ie less nail art time or regular gel manicure rather than biab)
