Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

•    All appointments must be booked in advance via Solo
•    A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.

Late Policy

•    Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
•    If you arrive late and your service still proceeds, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

•    You must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
•    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit & 50% of the treatment cost. 
•    No-shows will be charged full price of the service booked.

4. Refund Policy • All services rendered are non-refundable. • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue appropriately.
