Aftercare advice

Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24 hours to allow the body to detoxify Drink water and herbal infusion, and eat light meals to assist in elimination of toxins from the body Have regular treatments to maintain the benefits of massage and help balance physical and emotional well-being Enjoy rest and relaxation to assist in the healing process.
