Lucy is amazing! First Japanese head spa I’ve had and loved it. Lucy really knows her stuff and the pod is super cozy. Only downside was that I was so relaxed I fell asleep, so time flew by (so worth it though). Can’t wait to book again.

Love the pamper pod, would highly recommend! Lucy is very polite and welcoming, she is very professional, takes her time to explain each treatment and always makes sure you are comfortable throughout. I have been visiting the pamper pod to have the Korean lash lift for a few months now and never left disappointed - yesterday i also added the head spa and loved every minute! Thank you Lucy x

I booked in with Lucy for a Korean Lash Lift and from meeting her for the first time she made me feel at ease and very welcome. The pamper pod is such a lovely little cosy space. It was so nice to have my lashes done for holiday and not to have to worry about make up while I was away, I will definitely be back!

1st time of having a Japanese head spa.. what a lovely relaxing experience.. Lucy explained everything before treatment. Then when the music and treatment started I could feel myself drifting off. Would highly recommend.

The pod was lovely and cosy. Lucy was welcoming. The head spa was very relaxing and I slept very well that night.

I had been wanting to try the Japanese Head Spa treatment for a while and I certainly was not disappointed. From the start of the appointment, Lucy made me feel so welcomed and comfortable explaining how it all worked. The treatment was very relaxing and just what I needed after a stressful week.
