1. Appointments • All appointments must be booked through our website/booking system/email/phone call. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. 2. Deposits • A deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 1-hour notice. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. 4. Refunds • Services are non-refundable once completed. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 5. Health and Safety • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment. • If you arrive ill or display symptoms of illness, we may ask to reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients and staff. 6. Children and Guests • To ensure a relaxing experience for all clients, please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless necessary and discussed in advance. 7. Personal Belongings • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit. 8. Right to Refuse Service • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in violation of these terms. 9. Privacy Policy • Any personal information provided during booking will be used solely for appointment purposes and will not be shared with third parties. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The latest version will always be available on our booking system or website.
