Terms and Conditions Welcome to Peach Palm Nail Bar. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Policy • Appointment Scheduling: All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend scheduling at least 1-2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and time. • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of £10 may be required for certain services or high-demand appointment times. This deposit will be deducted from the final service cost. • Confirmation: Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or text message. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee, and deposits may be forfeited. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule your appointment. 3. Service Satisfaction • Guarantee: We strive to provide quality services. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please inform us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer a complimentary repair or adjustment if appropriate. • Repairs: For broken or damaged nails within 5 days of your appointment, a complimentary repair may be provided, at our discretion. After this period, standard repair fees will apply. 4. Refund Policy • Services: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you are unhappy with the results, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments. • Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. No refunds are available on used or opened products. 5. Health and Safety • Contraindications: Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your service begins. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm. • Infection Prevention: Our tools and equipment are sanitized and disinfected following each client. However, clients experiencing symptoms of contagious conditions (such as fungal infections or open wounds) may be asked to reschedule their appointment. 6. Personal Belongings • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. 7. Gift Cards & Vouchers • Validity: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within their expiry date. • Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable for services only and cannot be exchanged for cash. 8. Privacy Policy • Personal Information: We respect your privacy and only collect personal information to manage bookings, communicate effectively, and improve our services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions • Peach Palm Nail Bar reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
