THE SALON DOOR IS AT THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE.

Please arrive on time for your appointment as I work from my home salon and there is no waiting area if you are early. 

Occasionally I may overrun on the appointment before you, so if you knock and I peep out of a gap in the door, don't be offended, I've probably got another client in a state of undress in the salon.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

If you need to cancel please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a 50% cancellation charge as it's unlikely I will be able to fill the appointment.

If you are late and I can't do the full service in the time left, you will still be charged for the whole service. 

If you change the service on arrival, ie: the booking was for underarm and Brazilian and you only want Brazilian, you will be charged for both as I've booked the time in the diary.

WAXING - PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST 3 WEEK'S GROWTH FROM SHAVING OR 4 WEEKS FROM WAXING.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no facilities for children on the premises and I'm not insured for them to be in the salon while I'm working as there is hot wax/dangerous equipment.
