Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens — we get it! But please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee or forfeited deposit. No-shows may be required to pay in full before future bookings.


Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, please let us know. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation to avoid delays for other clients.


Refunds & Fixes

We want you to leave feeling confident and in love with your nails. If at any point during your appointment you change your mind about the colour, shape, or design, please don’t hesitate to speak up — your satisfaction is our priority. We do not offer refunds, but if you experience an issue with your nails within 3 days, please get in touch — we’ll happily fix it.

We aim to provide a welcoming, safe, and relaxing space for all clients. We ask that you show the same respect to staff and salon environment.
