✨ LED Lash Extension Aftercare
(Beam Light – Aura Monaco System)
Aftercare for a New Set
• Waterproof Immediately
Because the LED cures the Lash Adhesive instantly, they can get wet straight away - no waiting period.
• Avoid Intense Heat for 24 Hours
Skip saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and very hot kitchens.
• Clean Daily
Use an oil-free lash cleanser once per day to keep oils and debris away. You can purchase these in Salon - £10
• Brush Gently
Use a clean spoolie morning and night to keep lashes fluffy and separated. Be careful not to tug on grown out lashes though as this can damage your natural lashes
• No Oils or Waterproof Makeup
Choose oil-free products and avoid mascara on extensions.
• Don’t Rub or Pull
Pat dry after washing. Never tug or twist the extensions. You can also use a lash fan or hair dryer on a cool setting to get those babies fluffy again
• Sleep Smart
Try to sleep on your back and use a silk/satin pillowcase to reduce friction.
• Watch for Irritation
If you notice redness or discomfort that doesn’t settle, contact your lash artist.
Aftercare for Infills / Maintenance
• Arrive With Clean Lashes
No makeup, oils, or residue along the lash line.
• Keep Up Daily Cleansing
Continue using your lash cleanser every day to improve retention.
• Brush Daily
Morning and evening brushing keeps lashes neat and prevents twisting.
• Avoid Picking Gaps
Don’t pull loose extensions — they’ll be removed safely during your infill.
• Protect Your Lashes During Sleep
Back-sleeping or using a silk pillowcase preserves the set for longer.
• Follow Your Lash Cycle
Book your next infill every 2-3 weeks for best fullness and longevity
💅 BIAB Aftercare (The GelBottle Inc.)
• Keep Your Nails Hydrated
Apply cuticle oil daily. Hydrated nails stay flexible and reduce lifting or breakage.
• Protect Your Nails From Chemicals
Always wear gloves when cleaning, using detergents, using hand sanitiser frequently, or doing dishes.
(Detergents + water exposure = weakened overlays.)
• Treat Them Gently
Avoid using nails as tools - no prying, picking, or scraping.
Gentle tapping/typing helps prevent stress cracks.
• Avoid Peeling or Picking
Damaged edges should never be pulled off; this removes layers of your natural nail.
• Maintain a Sensible Length
If nails start to feel long or heavy, keep them filed shorter to avoid breakage.
• Regular Maintenance Is Essential
Book an infill/rebalance every 2–4 weeks to keep structure and strength.
(Waiting too long can lead to lifting or nail damage.)
✨ Brow Lamination Aftercare
• Keep Brows Dry for 24 Hours
Avoid water, steam, heavy sweating, or brow makeup.
• No Oils or Heavy Creams
Oil breaks down the lamination solution and can reverse the lifting effect.
• Gentle Brushing
Use a clean spoolie to brush brows into place daily.
• Nourish Daily
Apply a keratin or brow-conditioning serum to keep brow hairs healthy. We retail Brow & Lash Serum in Salon for £15 that is specifically for this and is the same brand we use for Lamination - Beautiful Brows & Lashes
• Maintenance
Lamination typically lasts 6-8 weeks - book your next appointment when hairs begin returning to their natural shape. I personally advise to wait at least 8 weeks so not to over process brow hairs - especially for Clients with weak or thin hair
