Thank you for choosing Pharmaesthetics! To ensure a seamless booking and treatment experience, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions.
To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.
Deposits can be paid using the following methods: • 💳 Credit/Debit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment portal. • 💰 Bank Transfer: You can transfer your deposit to our bank account. Please contact us for bank details. • 📱 Online Payment Links: We also provide secure online payment links for your convenience.
Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.  
Pharmaesthetics Cancellation Policy
At Pharmaesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience for every client. To help us maintain this level of service, please review our updated cancellation policy:
Appointment Changes or Cancellations: We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before your appointment will incur a 75% charge of the scheduled service fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service fee.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next client’s time, and the full service fee will still apply.
How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or through our website.
