To ensure a seamless booking and treatment experience, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Booking Deposit: To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the cost of your treatment. 2. Payment Methods for Deposits: Deposits can be paid using the following methods: • 💳 Credit/Debit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment portal. • 💰 Bank Transfer: You can transfer your deposit to our bank account. Please contact us for bank details. • 📱 Online Payment Links: We also provide secure online payment links for your convenience. Once your deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email with appointment details. 3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens, and plans may change. To ensure fairness to all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full booking fee. • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, the cancellation policy will still apply. 4. Rescheduling: • If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. • Reschedules made within 24-48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. • Reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of the full booking amount. 5. Late Arrivals: • Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. • If you arrive late, we may not be able to complete your treatment in full, and you will still be liable for the full treatment cost. • We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and ensure your appointment begins promptly. 6. No-Show Policy: • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not given prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of your treatment. • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so in advance to avoid incurring any charges. 7.
