Bookings and Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through the online booking system at booksolo.co/phehair or by contacting Phe Hair Studio directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service price. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid disrupting other bookings. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on the Treatments page and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash and card payments. Prices may be adjusted if additional services or products are required during your appointment, which will always be discussed and agreed with you first.

Consultations

A consultation is carried out before all colour services. Phe Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse or amend a service if it is deemed likely to cause damage to your hair or if the desired result cannot be safely achieved.

Patch Tests

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service for new clients or clients who have not had a colour service within the last 6 months. Appointments booked without a completed patch test may need to be rescheduled.

Health and Safety

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions or sensitivities before your appointment. Phe Hair Studio operates from a private residential studio and asks all clients to respect the space and neighbours.

Results

Hair results can vary depending on hair condition, history and type. Your stylist will always manage expectations during the consultation, but exact results cannot be guaranteed.

Personal Belongings

Phe Hair Studio accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

Changes to Terms

Phe Hair Studio reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
