To ensure we get the best results from your appointment, please read the following carefully: -I do not infill or remove work done by another nail tech. If you currently have product on, please book a removal before booking a fresh set unless you have booked for an infill. -Please arrive with bare natural nails unless you’ve booked an infill or removal. This includes no leftover gel, acrylic, nail polish, clear base coat, or strengtheners. Arriving with product on and not booking a removal will result in an extra charge and may affect the service I’m able to provide due to time constraints. -I do not work on damaged nails, broken skin, or open wounds as this can cause sensitivity or affect the longevity of your set. If you’re unsure whether you’re suitable for a service, feel free to send over a picture before booking. Please do not bring guests or children to your appointment, as the studio space is limited and designed for one-on-one services. I aim to provide a calm and relaxing environment for you to unwind and enjoy some well-deserved pampering.

Please aim to arrive on time to ensure we can complete your desired service. • There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. • If you’re more than 10 minutes late, I may need to offer you a basic set or cancel your appointment altogether if it risks overlapping with the next client. No shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
