Appointments
All appointments are to be booked in advance either through our online booking system or pop us a message to check availability for appointments that may not be showing online. We create a calm and private space and because of this we do not accept clients arriving without prior booking.
Please ensure you select the correct treatment and allow adequate time for your appointment.
Deposits
A deposit will be required to secure your appointment and this will be sent in a payment link. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.
Consultations & Wellness Assessments
Some treatments require a consultation or wellness assessment prior to treatment. This allows us to discuss lifestyle, health, skin concerns, and tools such as carotenoid (antioxidant) scanning where appropriate.
Recommendations are based on professional judgement but results may vary between individuals.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and may be refused if deemed unsuitable for health or safety reasons.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and allergies before treatment.
Results Disclaimer
While we aim to achieve the best possible outcomes, results vary depending on individual skin, health, lifestyle factors, and adherence to recommended home care.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm and safe treatment environment, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not attend appointments unless they have their own booking.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept card and other payment methods available at the clinic.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date stated.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate an appointment if behaviour is inappropriate or if health information has not been disclosed.
