CANCELLATION: Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the total treatment cost. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the total treatment cost.

REMOVALS: Unfortunately I am unable to remove the work of other Nail Artists, therefore I kindly ask you attend your first appointment with POINT481 NAILS with bare nails.

TIMING: For most POINT481 treatments I plan 2 hours in my diary. I want to make sure that you receive the highest quality experience and manicure. Some services will take less than 2 hours and this is advertised in my service menu. If you have any concerns ahead of booking, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

PARKING: If you have booked a POINT481 Mobile appointment, please confirm any parking restraints at the time of booking. If there are parking restraints, I would be grateful for your guidance on the best spot to park.

REPAIRS: Free within 2 days of your appointment.
