Upon booking, a £25 non - refundable booking fee will be required to secure your slot. Without this, your appointment will not be accepted! The fee will come off the final price at the end of each appointment! Anyone wanting nail art must message me with design ideas before booking an appointment so I can advise you what to book in for! Without doing so will result in me cancelling your appointment. This ensures I have enough time to complete your desired design! If wanting a character/bespoke set of nails, you must message me before booking so we can discuss timings and prices! If you are booked in for something however I feel you are booked in for the wrong thing, I will change your appointment accordingly.
Cancelling within 48 hours will mean you lose your booking fee and a new one will have to be made to make another appointment! Cancelling within 24 hours requires 50% of your appointment to be paid and a new fee will have to be made to make another appointment! Cancelling on the day will require 100% of your appointment to be paid and a new fee will have to be made to make another appointment! If wanting to reschedule, you must give 48hours or more notice! Anything less than this means you will not be able to reschedule!
Anyone booking in for lashes or brows is required to have a patch test carried out by myself at least 72 hours before your appointment! This will be available on the service list to book and must be added to your booking! This ensures that there’s enough time to see whether your skin reacts to the products I use, in turn ensuring your safety! A consultation form must also be filled out for any lashes and brow treatments for me to establish whether it is safe for me to carry out the service on you!
