We require at least 24/48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made within this window will forfeit the deposit. "No-shows" will be charged [50% or 100%] of the service fee and may be blocked from future bookings. 

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to avoid delaying the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.
