Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
Booking confirmation does not guarantee results
It is your responsibility to ensure you are suitable for the treatment booked in
We recommend arriving 5 mins early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require 48hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost
Repeated no-shows may require pre-payment for future bookings
5. Payments
Prices are listed in AU and are subject to change without notice
Payment is due at the time of service unless stated otherwise
We accept cash, card & afterpay
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may have expiry dates.
6. Health, Safety & Client Responsibility
You must inform us before treatment of:

Opened or used products are non-refundable
Faulty items may be exchanged with proof of purchase
