When you book an appointment via my booking system you will be asked for your card detail, THIS IS ONLY FOR THE DEPOSIT. Your card will only be charged if you don’t show up to your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please let me know ASAP if you are unable to attend your appointment 24-48 hours beforehand. Any cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of your service, and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of your service price.
Please also note that i have a 15 minute buffer if you’re late, although i ask that if you are late for you to let me know asap and when you’ll arrive. if you arrive late after 15 minutes i have the right to turn you away or charge a late fee of 25% if the appointment goes ahead.
This is solely in place to protect my business and income, I understand that sometimes life happens and I will do my best to give leeway when and if I can 🤍
You can pay after the appointment using cash, Apple Pay or bank transfer. All payments should go through before you leave.
Please arrive to your appointment alone as I do not have space to allocate any plus 1’s 🤍
