Late Arrivals

• To ensure all clients receive their full appointment time, we may need to adjust services for late arrivals while still charging the full service price • 15 mins late without notice your appointment will be classed as a No Show and you will be charged for the full amount of the service booked.


Appointment Policy

• For safety reasons and to create a relaxing environment, i cannot accommodate children or babies in the cabin. Please arrange childcare prior to the appointment. Any issues please contact me. • I do not work on anyone under the age of 16. • Nail fixes after 6 days will be charged for- Please follow the aftercare provided. • Although all care is taken, I cannot be held responsible for any allergies or reactions to the products used , if you have concerns please contact me prior to booking.


Cancellations

• By agreeing to these T&Cs you acknowledge the cancellation policy. • Rescheduling is allowed 36hrs prior to the appointment • Cancellations made after this time will be charged 50% of the appointment total •Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment and no shows will be charged the full amount of the booking total
